Technical Description
Heat is released in two ways: thermal convection and thermal radiation.
Stage 1 (before the regulating valve opens): Thermal radiation is the main heat release method, releasing heat to the room through the front panel. As the heat storage bricks of the electric heater cool down, the radiant heat from the front panel gradually decreases.
Stage 2 (when the regulating valve opens automatically): Thermal convection becomes the main heat release method, which supplements the heat required by the room. When the regulating valve is opened manually, the valve guide rod senses the heat release temperature and automatically adjusts the size of the valve air outlet to keep the room temperature stable.
Product features
- Heating Element: Made of Incoloy 840 alloy steel with a nano-coating on the surface, reducing oxidation and corrosion of the heating element for a long service life. The nickel-chromium alloy material can reach a maximum temperature of 900℃, with a service life of up to 20 years (calculated based on 7 hours of heating and 17 hours of shutdown per day).
- Heat Storage Material: Made of high-density special microcrystalline ceramic, with a maximum working temperature of 750℃ and a heat storage duration of up to 17 hours.
- Insulation Board: High-temperature resistant thermal insulation board made of vacuum insulation material, reducing heat loss. It supports heat storage and heating using off-peak electricity at night for cost efficiency, and helps balance the peak-valley difference of the power grid.
- Housing Material & Heat Dissipation Control: High-strength anti-corrosion purified steel plate with high-temperature and corrosion-resistant surface treatment, maintaining appearance over long-term use. It releases heat slowly after heat storage, with controllable heat dissipation time and temperature.
- Safety Device: Equipped with a manual reset temperature limiter that meets safety standards for enhanced reliability.
- Air Outlet Design: 45° elongated front air outlet forms sheet-like cold air circulation in a short time, creating a "heat curtain" effect.
- Air Volume Regulation: Bimetallic air outlet regulating valve automatically adjusts heat output for improved comfort.
